The YPT Equipment Factory is the core of our mechanical production — where YPT’s process equipment comes to life.
Within this facility, feeders, screens, thickeners, tanks, carbon columns, and filter systems are fabricated in compliance with international standards and certified welding codes.
Our focus is precision fabrication, modular design, and efficient workflow management from raw material intake to final assembly.
Advanced machining, surface treatment, and in-house NDT testing ensure that every unit meets dimensional and performance expectations.

Operating under YPT Pompa A.Ş., the YPT Pumps Factory specializes in the manufacture of industrial and slurry pumps tailored to mineral processing applications.
Every design emphasizes hydraulic performance, wear resistance, and long-term reliability — with configurations suited for filter press, thickener underflow, tailings, and carbon transfer duties.
The factory integrates computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, advanced casting methods, and rigorous testing protocols to verify flow efficiency and mechanical stability.
