YPT Pompa Factory


YPT Pompa Factory is the main mechanical production center of YPT Pompa A.Ş., where slurry pumps are designed, machined, assembled, and tested.

At this facility, pump casings, impellers, back liners, frames, and other structural components are processed using modern machining technologies and controlled assembly procedures.

The factory is organized to support short lead times, consistent quality, and flexible batch sizes, enabling YPT Pompa to respond to both project-based and replacement demands.

Hydrostatic pressure tests, rotation tests, and final quality inspections are all carried out inside YPT Pompa Factory under documented procedures that align with YPT’s Quality Management System.

Because the factory is owned and operated directly by YPT Pompa, design changes, product improvements, and special configurations can be implemented quickly without relying on external subcontractors.





YPT Rubber Factory


YPT Rubber Factory is also owned by YPT Pompa A.Ş. and serves as the dedicated rubber technology and lining facility within the company structure.

This factory develops and produces rubber compounds specifically formulated for slurry applications, taking into account abrasion, impact, chemical resistance, and temperature requirements.

Components such as pump liners, impellers, throatbushes, hoses, pipes, elbows, and other wear surfaces can be supplied with high-quality rubber linings tailored to the duty.

At YPT Rubber Factory, moulding, bonding, curing, and quality control processes are performed under strict parameters to ensure adhesion strength, dimensional accuracy, and long service life.

The close integration between YPT Pompa Factory and YPT Rubber Factory allows mechanical design and rubber design to be optimized together, resulting in pumps and components that work as a complete system rather than separate parts.

Horizontal Slurry Pumps (Standard and Heavy-Duty)
