Apron Feeder

YPT designs and manufactures  heavy duty apron feeders such as primary feeders, reversible feeders, reclaim feeders in mining and industrial sector.
Our design is available in a range of sizes such as 1.2m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.1m, 2.4m.
YPT has over 22 apron feeders with 150-1500 tonnes/hour capacity.
Our apron feeders can be furnished with optional drip belt systems which minimizes cleaning and maximizes the apron feed operation due to decrease down time.
In our design , we utilize a  planetary gear box with either electric or hydraulic motor.
The apron fllight material is a heated mangenese steel alloy to maximize wear resistance and durability.
Our apron feeder’s design incorporates a multi segmented sprocket to minimize disassambly for drive system servicing.
