“High Rate” Thickener (HRT)

YPT is design for a highrate thickeners second to none as it includes a superior torque sensing system and integrated lifting device.

Our drive ulitizes a planetary gearbox driven by a hydraulic motor and hydraulic unit within this we measure output torque from the oil pressure precisely.

We also measure the settling zone in the thickener via an ultrasonic level sensor which control can be used to reagent(s) (flocculant or coagulant) addition to the mixing zone.

Our feed well is designed to provide a uniform distribution into the tank with the dilution water being introduced with the slurry feed. There is a bed depth switch at the bottom of cone.
