The YPT Factory is the production backbone of our EPC capability — the place where mineral processing know‑how, design precision, and metallurgical experience turn into reliable, high‑performance equipment.

With more than 30 years of cumulative industrial experience, our state‑of‑the‑art facility integrates fabrication, machining, surface treatment, assembly, testing, and dispatch under a unified Quality Management System, ensuring traceability and consistency from raw material to ready‑to‑ship machinery.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Each production stage operates within YPT’s Integrated Management System (IMS) certified to ISO 9001, ISO 3834‑2, and ISO 1090.


Fabrication & Welding Workshops



  • Heavy fabrication bays for thick‑plate and large structural assemblies (tanks, feeders, frames).

  • Qualified welders working under approved WPS and PQR.

  • Processes: SMAW, GMAW, SAW, GTAW — selected per material and execution class.

  • 100% traceability of materials and consumables via QMS documentation.

  • Routine NDT (MT/PT/UT; RT when required) to verify weld integrity.


Machining & Component Manufacturing



  • CNC and conventional turning, milling, drilling, and boring for critical components.

  • High‑precision tolerances for shafts, housings, impellers, sealing surfaces.

  • Dynamic balancing, dimensional verification, and documentation of measurements.


Surface Treatment & Coating


  • Dedicated blasting, priming, and multi‑layer coating lines (epoxy/polyurethane options).

  • Measurement of surface roughness, paint thickness, and adhesion tests.

  • Corrosion‑resistant systems tailored to abrasive and chemically aggressive environments.


Assembly & Testing


  • Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly bays with alignment and dry‑run checks.

  • Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests for tanks, piping, and pumps when applicable.

  • Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) witnessed by YPT engineers and client representatives.
