This directorate manages YPT’s commercial expansion across Türkiye, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and South America.

It leads global sales operations, client engagement, market intelligence, and long-term business development strategies.

The department aligns customer expectations with engineering capability to ensure successful project delivery.

It also supports project acquisition, international partnerships, and client relationship management.

Sales & BD acts as the forward-facing arm of YPT, connecting technical excellence with global market needs.

Legal Department



Guiding Every Decision with Legal Certainty


The Legal Department of YPT plays a central role in ensuring that all corporate, commercial, contractual, and operational activities comply fully with national and international regulations.

It provides continuous legal oversight for the group’s engineering, manufacturing, procurement, export, and project-related processes, ensuring that every decision is supported by accurate legal interpretation and documented risk management.

The department prepares and reviews contracts, manages compliance frameworks, oversees intellectual property and data protection matters, and guides the group in resolving disputes with professionalism and fairness.

Working closely with all YPT companies—including YPT Pompa A.Ş., YPT Makina A.Ş., and YPT Global A.Ş.—the Legal Department ensures that cross-border projects, distributor agreements, and commercial relationships progress under legally sound and transparent structures.

Its purpose is to protect YPT’s rights, ensure operational continuity, minimize legal exposure, and uphold ethical and responsible business practices across the entire group.
